Tokens created through Prime may be highly experimental. A token may have little or no liquidity, no established market value and no guarantee of continued development or adoption.
Token value may decline rapidly or become effectively worthless.
2. Creator risk
Token creators are independent users. Prime does not guarantee the identity, intentions, qualifications or future actions of a token creator.
A creator may stop supporting a project, change communications or take actions that negatively affect a market.
3. Liquidity risk
A market may have limited liquidity. You may be unable to enter or exit a position at the price or time you expect.
Larger trades may experience substantial price impact.
4. Bonding curve risk
Bonding curve pricing may change automatically as users buy and sell.
Market conditions can change between the time you review a quote and the time your transaction is confirmed.
5. Creator Tax
Some tokens may include a Creator Tax configured during launch.
The applicable tax increases transaction costs and should be reviewed before buying or selling.
6. Creator Buy
A creator may choose to make an initial purchase when launching a token.
An initial creator purchase does not guarantee future support, liquidity, token value or market performance.
7. Smart contract risk
Prime interacts with smart contracts and external protocol infrastructure.
Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, unexpected behavior or economic design risks.
8. Wallet risk
You are responsible for protecting access to your wallet and authentication methods.
A compromised wallet or account may result in irreversible loss of assets.
9. Transaction risk
Blockchain transactions may fail, revert, remain pending or execute under conditions different from those you expected.
Confirm transaction details carefully before signing.
10. Network risk
Robinhood Chain, RPC infrastructure, explorers, wallet providers and other supporting systems may experience outages, congestion, latency or other technical issues.
11. Third-party protocol risk
Prime uses external protocol infrastructure, including Pons V2.
Changes, bugs, outages or economic changes in external systems may affect Prime markets even when Prime's own interface is operating normally.
12. Data accuracy
Prime may rely on RPC responses, blockchain events, cached information or other data sources.
Displayed balances, volume, market progress or activity may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily inaccurate.
13. Regulatory risk
Laws and regulations relating to digital assets, tokens and blockchain applications vary by jurisdiction and may change.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of Prime is permitted where you are located.
14. No guarantee
Prime does not guarantee:
- token value;
- token liquidity;
- creator performance;
- market graduation;
- uninterrupted access;
- transaction execution;
- future protocol availability.
15. Your responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating each token, transaction and market before interacting with it.
Only use assets you can afford to lose and verify transaction details directly in your wallet before approval.
